摘要
对锡(Sn)的原子荧光光度法进行探讨,其检出限为0.39μg/L,在0.00μg/L~100.00μg/L范围内存在良好的线性关系,样品的加标回收率在90.0~103%范围内。同时分析该法测定水样中锡浓度的各影响因素,计算和评估各因素的不确定度,结果表明影响测量不确定度主要因素是标准储备液和仪器原子荧光强度值带来的不确定度。
Tin (Sn) in water was analyzed by atomic fluorometry. The detection limits of Sn were found to be 0.39 μg/L, in 0.00ug/L~100.00 μg/L it in a good linear relationship and the recovery was 90.0~103 %. Calculation and evaluation to the uncertainties of all influential factors of the Tin showed that the light intensely of the atomic fluorescence and the standard storage solution were the important factors.
