基于城市发展的城市特色定位研究

Study on Urban Character's Orientation Based on City Development

针对城市发展与城市特色的博弈,城市发展是城市特色存在的基础,城市特色是城市发展的有利因素,城市特色定位要关注城市发展的要求。在此基础上,形成基于城市发展的城市特色定位原则、策略及流程,建立城市发展与城市特色之间的协调互动,积极推动城市特色的可持续发展。

Aiming at the game theory of the city development and the urban character, the paper proposed that the former should be the base of the latter, while the latter should be advantageous to the former. So the latter should pay more attention to the demand of the former. On the bases of these, in order to the sustainable development of urban character the paper studied the principle, strategies and process linking to the developmeht of city, and built the interacted coordination of city development and urban character.
