摘要
随着工程项目竞争的日趋激烈,各个工程项目管理企业之间的竞争转变为人才的竞争,要想在激烈的竞争环境中立于不败之地,就必须充分地发挥人力资源的巨大作用。文章从工程项目本身对人力资源的需求入手,通过简要阐述工程项目中不同阶段、不同层次的人力资源的要求及配置,使我们对工程项目管理中人力资源的合理配置有了一个全面的了解,并认识到人的要素在工程项目管理是一个关键要素。
With more and more severe competition of construction projects, the competition between construction project management companies becomes competition of talents. To success in the competition, the company must make full use of the human resources. According to the demand of human resource for construction project itself, this paper describes the requirement and allocation principles of human resources in different stages and levels of construction projects. The paper lets us have an overall understanding of reasonable allocation of human resources in construction project management and realize that human resource is one of the most important factors in construction project management.
