摘要
以橡胶隔振器为研究对象,以橡胶材料绝对不可压缩的应变能函数原理为依据,利用有限元ABAQUS分析软件,建立超弹单元的有限元模型;选取橡胶材料单轴与双轴试验数据作为特性曲线的评估;并用Ogden方法,对橡胶隔振器的特性进行数值计算分析,所预测的计算结果与试验结果取得较好的吻合。
Vibration rubber isolator is studied in this paper. Based on the stress energy of incompressible assumption of rubber, finite element model of supper elastic element is built and analyzed numerically using ABAQUS. In computation, material properties of rubber are introduced from single axle and double-axle experimental data. The isolator performance is tested with Ogden's method. Numerical results agree well with experimental results.
