摘要
作者在考察了用工业硫酸、废硝化液、自制聚合氯化铝和硫酸铝作凝聚剂的情况下,讨论了综合治理碱法造纸黑液。将黑液调至一定的pH值,向其中加入一定量的凝聚剂,即可使固体悬浮物、被溶解的有机酸和木质素等聚沉,脱色率达98%,滤液符合国家的排放标准。所得滤渣可制备硝化纤维素用于生产无烟火药。
It is investigated that the waste black liquid in soda paper-making is compre-hensively treated by four aggregating agents which are commerical sulfuric acid,wasted nitration liquid,poly-aluminium chloride made in present work andaluminium sulfate.Adding a suitable amount of the agents,the suspension solidparticle,disolved organic acid and lignin in the black liquid are aggregated.Thedecolor ratio is up to 98%.The filtrate conforms to the national discharge stand-ard.The residual has been made to nitrocellulose for producing smokeless powder.
