本文就影响轧辊磨床磨削质量的主要因素,砂轮、磨削冷却液和几个轴相对运动速度的匹配等工艺问题进行阐述并根据工作经验提出最优对策。

The paper introduced that some main factors that influenced the grinding quality of roll grinding machine, and described that some technological problem such as the matching problem of grinding wheel, coolant and relative rotating speed of several axis,and also provided the ways to deal with them according to own working experience.
