摘要
建立门式起重机专用有限元分析系统,在整机性能参数的统一控制下完成总体布局、载荷计算组合加载、稳定性计算、强度计算和疲劳计算、及铰轴校核计算等过程,并对设计结果进行计算机评价,结合运用数据库等,自动生成并保存产品的计算书。这些过程基于对门式起重机设计时CAD/CAE信息空间进行分析,构造出整机的CAE信息模型,为设计过程中的信息交换、数据共享提供支持。
In this paper, we established a finite element analysis system of gantry crane and finished many problems under complete control of parameters of crane such as overall layout, load calculation and combination loading, stability and fatigue calculation, etc. The system can give an evaluation to the result, it can also create and save product information automatically with the database. It bases on the analysis of CAD/CAE information of gantry crane design. The CAE information model which is created by the system provides the basis of data sharing
