基于分层原理的CAD实体模型重建技术

摘要 在分析传统模型重建方法缺陷的基础上,结合快速成型中的分层原理,将散乱数据点云分层结构化,提出采用直线同伦法提取中间轮廓线作为数据精简的参考,确定层片信息,然后由建模软件根据层片信息进行三维建模。该方法避免了建模过程中冗长的曲面拟合、特征丢失等问题,简化了建模步骤,节省了建模的时间。 Based on the analysis of traditional methods in model reconstruction, a new method was put forward,which combined with laminating theory in Rapid Modeling. Scattered point cloud was delaminated, then middle contour line was picked up by line homotopy method. The boundary feature can be used to built the CAD model. The method saves the time of modeling.
