摘要
伴随着丝网印花行业快速发展,市场对高效率、高生产质量的自动丝网印花机需求巨大,因此开发自动丝网印花机已经迫在眉睫。因此,本文研究了基于PLC功能块的自动丝网印花机控制系统,叙述了系统工作原理,阐述欧姆龙PLC和三菱变频器的串行通信的过程,着重研究基于功能块串行通讯程序的结构及其实现过程。
With the fast development of silk screen printing industry, the high efficient, high production quality, automatic silk screen printing machines are in demand, which generates the essentiality of the development of automatic silk screen printing machine. Thus this paper studies the control system of automatic silk screen printing machine based on function module of PLC,details the operational principle of the control system, expounds the process of serical communication between omron PLC and inverters from mitsubishi and emphasizes the structure of program based on function module serical communication along with its aehieveable process.
