摘要
舰船动力系统综合评估的实质是一个多属性决策问题,其前提是构建合理可行的评估指标体系.针对舰船动力系统研制的特点,首先确立了全寿命费用低、战术技术性能好、研制风险小的动力系统研制目标,然后运用舰船工程原理对该目标进行了逐层分解,从而初步构建了舰船动力系统综合评估的指标体系.
Comprehensive evaluation of warship propulsion system argumentation is actually a kind of multiple attribute decisionmaking problem. A reasonable and feasib le index system is the foundation of it. Considered the specialities of the construction of warship propulsion system, targets of low life-span expenditure, high tactical and technical capability and low risk are needed to be realized during the construction of warship propulsion system were put forwarded. Based on the principles of system engineering, the targets were disassembled layer by layer and an index system was established.
