摘要
随着现代船舶行业的快速发展,低磁钢越来越多地在特种船舶建造中予以使用,其焊接工艺的可靠性,直接影响到船舶的建造质量.针对低磁钢导热性差,线膨胀系数大,焊接中极易产生热裂纹和氢气孔及焊接变形等问题,文章主要针对某种低磁钢焊接的技术要求进行了探讨.
With the rapid development of the modern ship industry, the low magnet steel is used widely m the construction of special ships. The reliability of its welding craft directly influences the shipbuilding quality The article probes into the technical requirements of a certain low magnet steel welding, mainly focusing on some problems such as the bad heat conductivity, big linear expansion coefficient, easy appearance of hot crack in welding and hydrogen hole, and welding deformation.
