实体瘤组织间插植放疗并发症分析

Complications analysis of implant brachytherapy for malignant tumor (A report of 8 cases)

行组织间插植治疗实体瘤３３例，其中８例出现并发症，常见为出血和瘤周组织坏死。组织间插置针管的位置、排列方式、参考剂量、参考点距离、分割次数和周围组织的生物学特性是影响并发症的重要因素。

33 patients with malignant tumor were implanted brachytherapy. Complications occurred in 8 cases. Bleeding and necrosis on surperficial skin of the tumor were major complications. It suggests that the sites of implant needls, the way of implant, reference dose, reference distance, times of fraction and biological characterization are main factors to affect complicatins.
