摘要
通过筛选水中酞酸酯类化合物的萃取条件,优选出方法简单、回收率高的萃取方法,利用GC—FID和GC—MS—SIM检测,证明筛选的方法稳定可靠,平均回收率在98.1%~105%,在能力验证中获得了满意的结果。
A simple extraction method for the high recovery was reported. The optimization method was suitable for the extraction of phthalate esters from water samples. The results were gotten by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector ( GC - FID) and gas chromatography mass spectrometer with selected ion monitoring (GC -MS -SIM). The average recoveries were between 98.1% - 105%. The method had been applied in the laboratory proficiency testing of phthalate esters and the results were satisfied.
