This paper introduces ArcGIS Server and the system of integrated cadastral management information, expounded the technical analysis and the system implementation in building the cadastral system using WebGIS and ArcGIS Server in the network environment. This paper is a successful attempt to develop the cadastral usage in the network platoform,besides,uses the idea of serving platform and AJAX technology in the design process,so it solves the response and refresh rate and other issues in traditional model of web application, greatly optimizes the overall performance of the system.
