摘要
由于建设工程竣工规划验收测量的面积直接关乎城市规划管理部门的行政决策,关乎建设单位的直接利益,所以竣工面积计算的准确性很重要。本文列举了日常工作中容易出错的问题并指出了正确的计算方法,文章还对面积计算的精度问题进行了探讨。
The area measurement in check and acceptance of planning for construction projects is vital to the executive decisions of city planning administrations and is also significant for construction departments, so its precision is very important. This paper introduces the general mistakes and points out correct methods. Finally, this paper also makes a study on the precision of measuring area.
