生物包膜缓释BB肥料的生产工艺概述

摘要 将活化腐植酸有机物质、多孔穴结构的沸石和轻质碳酸钙作为具有肥料效应的芽孢杆菌生物制剂载体,利用挤压法生产生物肥料颗粒;以肥料包膜缓释技术生产包膜缓释复混肥料颗粒;再结合测土配方施肥技术,将两者按配方比例混合,生产具有无机养分、有机养分及生物养分组成的多功能型生物包膜缓释BB肥。产品有机质和氮磷钾总养分质量分数分别≥20%和30%,具有改善土壤、提高产量、改进品质、防治病虫害作用。 Activated humic organices, porous zeolite and light calcium carbonate are used as the carriers for the bacillocin biological agent with fertilizer efficiency, and biofertilizer granules are made by extrusion; enveloped slow-release compound fertilizer granules are produced by the envelope slow- release technology for fertilizers; then, combining with the application technology based on soil analysis and formulation, the two are mixed according to formula ratio, to give multi-functional bio-enveloped slow-release bulk blended fertilizers Composed of organic, inorganic and biological nutrients. The mass fractions of the organics and total NPK nutrients of the products are ≥20% and 30%, respectively, and these products have the actions of soil amelioration, yield increase, quality improvement and pest control.
