摘要 低温甲醇洗是一种节能型的酸性气体净化工艺,目前已在国内外百余套氨合成、甲醇合成、羟基合成、工业制氢、城市煤气、天然气脱硫等生产装置中得到了广泛的应用。介绍了该工艺近期的技术进展,与其它净化工艺在能耗、投资费用方面的比较及工艺技术特点,并简述了在酸性气体净化装置中的实际应用情况。 Low-temperature methanol wash is an energy-saving process for the purification of acid gasesard is used extensively in more than a hundred production units both at home and abroad for ammonia, methanol and oxo synthesis, industrial manufacture of hydrogen, town gas, and desulfurization of natural gas. A presentation is given of the recent technical advances made in the process, its comparison with other purification processes in terms of energy consumption and investment and technical characteristics, and a brief outline is given of its actual use in the acid gas purification units.
