摘要
目的:研究高原红细胞增多症患者血清触珠蛋白(HPT)水平的变化。方法:我们利用美国贝克曼公司生产的Array360特种蛋白分析仪及配套试剂(散射比浊法),对移居雁石坪地区(海拔4 750m)的42例HAPC患者、同海拔50例健康人以及50例北京地区(海拔50m)健康人,进行血清触珠蛋白检测。结果:血清触珠蛋白随着海拔的增高而降低;高原红细胞增多症患者的血清触珠蛋白含量明显低于同海拔健康人群(P<0.01)。结论:高原红细胞增多症患者的血触珠蛋白含量明显降低,血清触珠蛋白降低是否与高原红细胞增多症有关有待于进一步研究探讨。
Objective:To compare the changes of level of haptoglobin between patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC) and healthy people. Methods. All subjects were consisted of patients with HAPc(n =42), high altitude (4 750m) healthy migrants (n=50) and lowland healthy adults (n=50). Serum level of haptoglobin was tested by dispersion - nephelometer assay using special protein analysis instrument (Benchkman--Array 360) in three groups. Results: The serum level of haptoglobin in the HAPC group, high altitude migrants and lowland adults was 0. 58±0. 42g/L.0. 75±0. 35g/L and 0. 81±0. 41g/L respectively. The results suggest that serum level of haptogobin in HAPC is lower than that in migrants (P〈 0. 01). Conclusions: The study showed that the level of haptoglobin in patients with HAPC was decreased following a rising height of altitude.
