提高回扫充电调制器输出脉冲稳定度的新方法

New Method to Improve Stability of Output Pulse of Flyback Charging Modulator

摘要 该文分析了回扫充电调制器的工作原理,研究了影响相邻输出脉冲稳定度的因素;提出一种串联小功率电流源的同步充电预稳压拓扑结构,这种拓扑只需较小的功率就可以明显改善相邻输出脉冲稳定度;给出了实现这种拓扑结构的半桥串联谐振电流源电路,详细介绍了该电路的工作原理及时序,并对其关键参数进行了设计。样机的实验结果表明该技术的使用使输出脉冲稳定度提高到10-5量级;而且具有预稳压电路功率小,最大功率约为输出功率的21.3%,电路易实现的优点。 Operational principles of the flyback charging modulator are analyzed and the facors influencing the stability of the adjacent output pulse are studied. A topology of synchronization charge pre-regulated voltage with small power current source in series is proposed, which apparently improves the stability of the adjacent output pulse with low power. The half-bridge series resonant current source realizable circuit is presented and its operation principle and timing logic and the design of the key parameters are introduced. The circuit has high stability of the adjacent output pulse and the stability is improved to 10^-5. The results show that the power of pre-regulated voltage is small and the maximal power is about 21.3% of the output power of the system.
