摘要 实现匹配标定软件在各个控制平台间的通用性是降低开发成本、保证产品一致性的重要手段。为此,采用CCP协议、A2L描述文件、MDF存储结构等标准协议开发了一套通用型电控发动机ECU匹配标定软件。在电控喷射系统新产品开发以及高压共轨、电控单体泵/组合泵柴油机新品开发上的实际应用表明,该软件可以作为通用标定平台用于采用标准协议的各类电控燃油喷射系统及发动机性能开发。 It was an important way for reducing the cost of development and maintaining the uniformity of products to realize the universal of calibration software between different control platforms. The ECU universal calibration software was developed by using a series of standard protocols including CCP protocol, A2L description files and MDF storage structure. Through the actual applications of the developed electronic control injection system diesel engine and the developed common rail, electronically controlled unit pump system and assembly pump system diesel engine, it was proved that the software could be used as a universal calibration platform for the development of various electronically controlled injection systems which were integrated with standard protocol.
