摘要
以1,6己二异氰酸酯、聚酯三元醇与三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚(TMPDE)和2-羟基-3-苯氧基-丙醇丙烯酸酯合成具有UV固化和常温固化的自由基-自由基固化、PU交联等三重固化的低聚物,讨论了加料顺序、催化剂的选择、TMPDE的醚化度等因素对合成的影响,以及此聚合物的三重固化性、耐候性和增强附着力等应用特性。
Oligomer with multi-cure which included UV cure,radical cure under ambient temperature and PU closslinking was synthesized by HDI,polyester trihydroxy alcohol,TMPDE and HPPA.The effects of feed sequence,catalyst choice,etc.on the synthesis and application performances,such as triple cure property,weather resistance and adhesion were discussed.
