需求牵引和技术是推动武器装备发展的两大动力，通过科学的需求分析方法才能得出正确的需求结论。提出了基于战略到任务方法／质量功能部署（strategy to task technique／quality function deployment，STT／QFD）的武器装备需求分析方法，该方法从较高层次军事需求进行分析，应用质量功能部署，通过向下层层分解、映射的过程，来确定武器装备的需求。详细阐述了该方法中质量屋各部分的含义、方法的步骤以及方法的特点。介绍了该方法在装甲分队武器装备需求分析中的应用思路。

The requirement and technique impetus of equipment development. It is only by scientific method that we can get rational requirements. The method which based on strategy to task technique （STT） and quality function deployment （QFD） is put forth. This method begins from super requirements, using QFD method, by decomposing the super requirements, and gets the equipment requirements. The paper introduces the House of Quality, its process and its traits, and introduces its application in the armor equipment requirement analysis.
