摘要
通过植物盆栽实验,对华癸中生根瘤菌(Mesorhizobium huakuii)lpsH基因的缺失突变株HK241进行共生能力研究.结果表明:突变株HK241形成的根瘤没有固氮能力,同时具有较低的结瘤效率和竞争结瘤能力.因此,lpsH基因参与编码脂多糖的合成,并且在共生中发挥非常重要的作用.
Symbiotic phenotype of lpsH mutant HK241 was studied by plant experimentation. Plant studies showed that mutant HK241 formed ineffective nodules and was deficient in nodulation efficiency and the ability to compete for nodulation. In conclusion, lpsH encodes a protein involved in lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis and plays a critical role in its interaction with the plant partner.
