Axonopathy and Axonal Transport Impairment in Relation to the Nosogenesis of Alzheimer′s Disease

摘要 指出了近几年来的研究发现提示轴突病变和轴突转运障碍与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)发病机制有重要的关系,在AD的研究领域里已形成了一个新的研究方向.对这些有关的研究进展作了详尽的论述. Recent research findings indicate that Axonopathy and axonal transport impairment are associated with the nosogenesis of Alzheimer＇s disease, which has set a new research direction in the Alzheimer＇s disease research area. We review and discuss related research progress detailed below.
