稻、棉、油菜的花粉两条发育途径的同工酶研究

摘要 本文对水稻、棉花、油菜花粉发育的配子体和孢子体两条途径中的过氧化物同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行了分析。结果是:(1)三种作物的花粉,在正常配子体发育途径中,各个发育时间花药中的同工酶酶谱均不相同,各有特点,尤以减数分裂期和双核期的特点最为突出;(2)离体培养时,花粉发育从配子体途径向孢子体途径转化时,花药中的同工酶酶谱有很明显的变化;(3)水稻花粉能在无激素只附加糖的培养基上,脱分化启动形成双核,而棉花和油菜的花粉却不能。 The study deals with peroxidase and esterase isozymes in pollen from rice,cotton and rape on the gametophytic and sporophytic pathways of pollen develop-ment.The results are shown in the following:1)At various stages of gametophy-tie development,the isozyme patterns in anthers from the three crops all showedcharacteristics,specially at the miosis and hinucleate stages.2)In vitor,whenthe pollen developed gametophytic into sporophytic pathway,the isozyme patternsin anthers changed obviously.3)Only rice anthers can go on dedifferentiationinitiation to the hinucleate stage on the medium without hormone.
