综观科技企业孵化器绩效评价研究的国内外现状,虽然众多的学者进行了积极的探索,但相关的研究目前多为着眼于实践领域、从经验层面上的总结评估性分析,还存在着理论基础薄弱等一系列的问题。单就我国科技企业孵化器的绩效评价研究而言,无论是选取评价指标、还是构建评价模型,均无相应的、必需的科学理论作为依据,目前亟待系统的理论深化。

Many scholars inside and outside China have carried out researcher on TBI＇ s performance evaluation, but they usually pay more attention to the study of practice and make evaluation analysis based on the summary of experiences. The theoretical base for the research is instableo Because of the insufficiency of theoretical basis for selecting indexes and establishing evaluation models in China, a further theoretical study is needed.
