烧伤疤痕致颈颏角畸形矫正的探讨

Study of in Cervico-Mandibular Angle Caused by Burned Scar

颈部疤痕挛缩畸形是烧伤后常见的并发症，其中颈颏角畸形可直接影响颈部的功能及美观，且矫正比较困难。我院根据颈颏部的生理解剖，运用以下两个条件进行治疗：①尽可能利用预两侧健康皮肤．②修复颈垂直那（颈前部）和水平部（颏下区）。自1986年以来共实施手术52例，效果满意。

Scar contracture defonmity of the neck region was a usually complication in neck burns.It immediately affected the aesthetics and function of the face and neck regions, and correction well andpoor was decided by cervico-mandibular angle. However, cervico-mandibular angle correction wasdifficult. the article has been discussed anatomy and operation of neck regions. During the treatmentwe not noly noticed function, bat also consideraed aesthetics. We have been used two principles tooperation at clinical: (1)health skin of bilateral neck was used as much as possible. (2) according tovertical (anterior neck) and horizontal (chin under region ) place was reparied. Since 1986, we have beentreated 52 case-patients with satisfactory results.
