摘要
系统以传感器技术、研华ADAM4000系列数据采集模块和组态王为基础,实现了气固两相流实验系统的数据采集、处理和监控.通过不同的传感器采集数据转化为ADAM4000模块可以接受的信号,采集后的数据通过RS485传输到工控机.工控机通过组态王对数据进行分析处理,并实时显示数据,为气固两相流实验的进行提供保障.
Based on sensor technology, Advantech ADAM4000 5cries data acquisition modules and Kingview, data acquisition, processing and monitoring are realized for the experimental system of the gas-solid flow. The signals from various sensors are transferred to ADAM4000 modules and the data collected is transported to IPC by RS485. Kingview is used to analyze data, then data is displayed real-time. With the system, the experiment of the gassolid flow can be done correctly.
