摘要
为了证实缩短扩张周期的可行性，我院自95年以来，采用皮肤软组织快速扩张法为22例烧伤后瘢痕增生挛缩畸形的病人进行了治疗，疗效满意，并明显缩短扩张周期．我们认为在进行快速扩张时要根据病人有无疼痛并结合皮肤血运情况决定注水量．完成注水过程后应视扩张程度维持1周～2周，以减少皮肤的收缩程度，达到满意的修复效果．
In order to certificate praCticability of raPid expansive period, we applied technique ofrapid expansion to treat deformities of scar hypertrophy and contracture postburns in 22 patents. Thesatisfatory resultS were received and the expansive periods were obviously shortened. The authorsconsider tha the quantities of infusion must depend on painfulness and skin blood circulation of patientsduring infusion and maintain for 1-2 weeks to reduce skin contracion.
