摘要
高校教师知识共享是高校知识管理的核心,在多种阻碍因素的干扰下,高校教师知识共享困难重重。本文分析了高校教师知识共享的主要障碍,并且提出了相应的对策。
College teacher＇s knowledge share is the core of college knowledge management. It is difficult for college teachers to share knowledge due to many block factors. This article analyzes the main obstacles that affect knowledge share and also brings forward the corresponding countermeasures.
