摘要
刘秉忠上书忽必烈的万言治国策是其政治思想的主要表达。万言书是刘秉忠结合中国古代政治逻辑和蒙古制度而提出的具有实用主义的治国方略。这一治国方略中政治、经济、文化等方面的内容在元朝政治实践中大都得以实现。
Liu Bing - zhong＇ s political thought is mainly reflected in his ten thousand words＇ strategy of governing country, which was put forward on the basis of Chinese ancient political logic and Mongolian system. Most of the political, economic and cultural parts of the ten thousand words＇ strategy of administering country were implemented in the political practice during the Yuan dynasty.
