包虫病手术患者1312例流行病学资料分析

Review of 1312 Post-operated Cases of Echinococcosis

目的了解青藏高原包虫病的分布特点。方法对1992-2006年的1312例包虫病手术患者的相关资料进行分析。结果囊型和泡型包虫病均有分布。患者主要集中于21～50岁,20岁以下的患者相对较少,以藏族为主。囊型包虫病分布于四川省甘孜州和阿坝州的17个县以及青海省果洛州的5个县,而泡型包虫病同时分布于其中的大部分地区。结论囊型和泡型包虫病同时流行于四川省的西北部和青海省的东南部。

Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of echinococcosis in the Qinghai-Xiang Plateau. Method The data on 1 312 cases of echinococcosis operated in Aba Army Hospital during 1992-2006 were analysed. Result Cystic echinococcosis distributed in 17 counties of Ganzi Prefecture and Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province and 5 counties of Guo lou Prefecture, as. with Tibetans （97.41%） as Qinghai Province, While alveola echinoccosis also distributed in most of the above arethe majority of infected persons. Furthermore, distribution of cystic and alveolar cases in age groups is similar, with most cases of 21 -50 years old.Conclusion Both cystic and alveolar echinococcosis distributed sympatrically in northwestern Sichuan Province and southeastern Qinghai Province.
