自贡市贡井区基层医疗机构消毒监测结果分析

Disinfection Surveillance in Basic Level Medical Instifutions of Gongjing District,Zigong City

目的了解贡井区个体诊所及村卫生室消毒情况,控制医源性感染。方法对贡井区所有个体诊所及村卫生室进行消毒效果监测。结果贡井区个体诊所、村卫生室总消毒合格率44.09%,其中个体诊所合格率56.82%,村卫生室合格率40.83%;结论贡井区基层医疗机构消毒合格率较低,需要建立健全消毒管理制度,加强消毒监督和监测工作。

Objective To understand the disinfection condition of medical institutions in basic level so as to control the iatrogenic infection. Method Disinfection surveillance was conducted in individual clinics and village health-centers in Gong jing District. Result The disinfection qualified rate was 44.00%, in which the qualified rate of individual clinics was 56. 82%, of village health-centers 40. 83%. Conclusion The disinfection qualified rate is low in basic level medical instifutions of Gongjing District. Necessary management rules and regulations of disinfection showld be established and perfected and disifection surreillace be streng thened.
