坏死性小肠结肠炎早产儿血小板活化因子水平的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)血中血小板活化因子(PAF)水平的变化,探讨PAF与NEC的关系。方法采用ELISA方法测定21例早产儿NEC血中PAF浓度,同时检测35例早产儿、15例健康足月儿血中R姬浓度进行对照。结果早产儿NEC时PAF浓度(56.1±14.6)ng/L显著高于早产儿血中R姬浓度(9.44±3.31)ng/L(P〈0.001),高于健康足月儿血中PAF浓度(44.1±12.0)ng/L(P〈0.05)。结论早产儿NEC时血中PAF浓度增高,说明PAF在病理情况下参与了NEC的发病。
