摘要 急性肾衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)是由多种原因导致肾小球滤过率突然和持续性下降,尿素和其他代谢产物在血液中蓄积而出现的临床综合征,ARF是发生在各种临床情况之下的一种复杂的肾功能紊乱。近年来,国际肾脏病和急救医学界趋向将急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)来取代传统ARF的概念,其基本出发点是将这一综合征的临床诊断提前。近几年,一系列临床研究证实,
