儿童急性肾损伤 被引量：10

摘要 急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure，ARF）是由多种原因导致肾小球滤过率突然和持续性下降，尿素和其他代谢产物在血液中蓄积而出现的临床综合征，ARF是发生在各种临床情况之下的一种复杂的肾功能紊乱。近年来，国际肾脏病和急救医学界趋向将急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）来取代传统ARF的概念，其基本出发点是将这一综合征的临床诊断提前。近几年，一系列临床研究证实，
