Based on investigation and research, we clearly notice the serious consequence for the ignorance of forestry operation in a long time： low forestry quality, serious condition of plant diseases and insect pests, weak capacity of resistance against natural disaster, shortage of forest gross, pinch on backup forest resource, urgent situation of forestry protection etc. Forestry operation is the eternal subject of modem forestry; well organized forestry operation program is the key of strengthening forest operation. Forestry operation program is basic tool of scientific operation and the guarantee of persistent forest operation.
