Positive Analysis on the Contribution of Bamboo Charcoal Industry to New Socialism Rural Building——A Case Study of Suichang County of Zhejiang Province

回顾遂昌县竹炭业发展历程,概括了行业生产规模、市场开拓、新产品研发及竹炭产业在新农村建设中发挥重要作用等方面情况,总结了遂昌竹炭产业快速发展的政策支持因素。同时,剖析了遂昌县竹炭产业发展中面临思想观念落后、土地和资金短缺、林产品市场体系发育不健全以及行业管理薄弱等问题。提出了今后发展基本思路与对策。

Based on briefly reviewing the development process of the Suichang＇s bamboo charcoal industry , the paper generalized the production scale of Suichang＇s bamboo charcoal industry,market development, new product R＆D situation, the prize information which obtained by bamboo charcoal enterprises, and discussed the bamboo charcoal industry played a significant role in the new rural construction of Sichang county. Then the paper summerized the rapid development cause in policies supporting of Suichang＇s bamboo charcoal industry, that is, the government steeply enhanced support in policies , constantly strengthened the organization leadership and institution construction, emphasized drumbeating to others, and created favorable development circumstance etc. In the meantime, it in-depth analysis its bamboo charcoal industry development facing backward ideas and concepts, a shortage of land and funds, inadequate forest products market system development and weak trade management, and so on. Put forward basic ideas and countermeasures for the future development.
