摘要
利用RIA法测定了64例癫痫患者癫痫发作前后血清PRL的浓度,并用皮层EEG、PET、MRI、SPECT等检查进行癫痫灶定位。结果表明,癫痫发作前后PRL水平有明显差异,发作后,92.2%的病人血清PRL水平增高。发作后15min,70.2%的病例PRL水平达到峰值(1149.46mIU/L),发作后90min有89.4%的病例PRL水平下降,其中66.7%的病例PRL水平降至正常。失神性发作后血清PRL水平不升高,而其它类型的发作均可引起PRL水平的升高。结果提示,癫痫发作后PRL水平的变化没有表现出癫痫病灶位置的差异,而明显表现出发作类型的差异。
Serum prolactin (PRL) levels in 64 epileptlc patients were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) before and after seizures. The epileptic foci were determined by cortical-EeG, PET, SPECT, and MRI examinations. The re-sults showed that PRL levels changed markedly after seizures.After seizures, serum PRL levels were increased in 92.2% of the patients reaching peak value in 70.2%,approaching patients at 15min (mean value 1149.46mIu/L) PRL levels were gradualy lowered th 89.3% of the patients at 90min,approaching baseline values in 66.7% of them Serum PRL levels were not increased in absentia seizures but were significantly increased in patients of all other seizures types. Serum PRL levels were increased in all epileptic patients withdifferent sites of epileptic focus, however, the types of seizures had effect on the changes of PRL
