双歧杆菌质粒除了编码许多特殊性状外,还是在双歧杆菌中表达各种外源基因的重要工具。对双歧杆菌内源性质粒的研究进行了综述,纵向归纳了现已发现的含质粒的双歧杆菌菌株及相关质粒的基本特征和功能,详述了双歧杆菌质粒载体构建的基本原则及其应用现状,为双歧杆菌基因工程菌株的构建及其遗传学分子机理的研究奠定基础。

In addition to encode many special characters, plasmid ofbifidobacteria also can be used as tools to express various exogenous genes. The study on the endogenous plasmids of Bifidobacteria was reviewed in this paper, and strains of Bifidobacterium in which had already been found plasmids and the basis characteristic and function of related plasmid were also be summarized, and then the basic principle for constructing and applying plasmid vector in Bifidobacterium was discussed in detail, so the basis for construction of the engineering strains for Bifidobacterium and the research on molecular mechanisms of genetics was provided.
