摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法测定乳品中的糠氨酸,应用耐酸的C18色谱柱和紫外检测器。本方法的最低检测限为1.48×10-9g,变异系数CV(%)为1.23,回收率为98.2%~100.8%。
The HPLC method with acid-resisting c18 column and ultraviolet detector was applied to determine the furosine content in dairy products. The minimum detectable values was found to be 1.48×10^-9g,the coefficient of variation (CV%) 1.23 and the recovery rate 98.2%- 100.8%.
