转染肝细胞生长因子基因对移植颗粒脂肪新生血管形成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 脂肪移植要取得进展,就要深入研究移植后的再血管化。我们以腺病毒为载体,把肝细胞生长因子(HGF)基因导入大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs),然后与颗粒脂肪混合移植,充分发挥MSCs多项分化潜能和HGF强大的血管效应,旨在为颗粒脂肪移植建立新生血管诱导生物组织工程模式。
