胆甾液晶冠醚固定相分离醛类同系物的 GC 研究

Gas Chromatographic Separation of Homologous Series Of Aldehyde on Cholesteryl Liquid Crystal Crown Ether

以４′—胆甾烯氧羰基苯并－１５－冠－５（ＣＨ－Ｂ－１５－Ｃ－５）直接涂渍在硅烷化１０２白色担体上作成一种新型的ＧＣ固定相，对醛类同系物的气固色谱（ＧＳＣ）、普通气液色谱（ＧＬＣ）和冠醚液晶气液色谱（ＣＬ－ＧＬＣ）的分离效果进行了比较研究，并探讨了分离机理。

Separation of homologous series of aldehyde with CH-B-15-C-5 as stationary phase in GSC,GLC and CL-GLC was studied in this paper.The results of separation were discussed.The chromato graphic characteristics of CH-B-15-C-5 were also studied.
