贲门失驰缓症的临床治疗

本文报道３７例贲门失驰缓症的临床治疗结果。药物治疗２５例，阿托品与解痉灵的治疗效果相差不显著（ｐ＝０３０）。心痛定的疗效较阿托品为好（Ｐ＝００４），但与解痉灵的疗效差别不显著（Ｐ＝０１３）。手术治疗２７例，效果良好者占８４％（２１／２７）。手术疗效与病程及食管扩张程度密切相关。故本病一旦确诊应尽早手术。

This paper reported the clinical treatment recult of 37 caees.with achalacia 25 caees were treated by drug.The effect of the atropini and scoplamini hydrobromidum hadn't notable difference(p=0.30).The effect of the Nifedipini was beffer than that of atropini(p=0.04),but it hadn't more notable difference(p=0.13).27 caees were treated by operation.The good effect was 84%(21/27).The curative effect of operation and drug treatment had the most notable difference(p<0.005).But this effct was pertinent to the coures of the disease and The dagree of dilated exophagus dilated degree.The Operation must complate as soon as the diagnosis was done.
