孕妇血红蛋白水平与胎盘重的相关与回归分析

Correlation and Regression Analysis between Hemoglobin Level of Gravidas and Placental Weight

本文对我院近三年收住院的足月妊娠分娩单胎活婴的产妇的产前血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）水平和胎盘重（ＰＷ）进行了相关与回归等分析。结果显示男婴组无显著性相关关系，女婴组呈负相关，表明在妊娠贫血时，女性胎儿可通过胎盘肥大进行代偿，男性胎儿可能主要是通过增强胎盘功能进行代偿。

This article put the prepartal blood hemoglobin (Hb)level and placental weight(PW)of full-term single live-bivth puerperas of our hospital in recent 3 years to correlative and regvessive analyses.The results show that Hb level of gravidas negitively correlates to PW in female newborn group,but there is not significant correlation in male newborn group.When pregnant anemia exists,the female fetus can be compensated by placental hypertrophy.But thece is not significant placental hypertrophy in male newborn group,so the male fetus presumably function.
