３３例异位妊娠误诊为宫内孕而行人工流产术。年龄２０～３８岁，人流术后一周内得以明确诊断１７例，７～１５天明确诊断１０例。３３例均经手术及病检证实。认为人流术前提高对异位妊娠的警惕，术后仔细检查宫腔刮出的组织物是防止和减少误诊的关键。
