摘要
针对企业文化在企业发展中的重要地位及特殊性,从企业文化建设的构成要素入手,建立了人本和谐企业文化建设的二级评价指标体系。在此基础上,构建了人本和谐企业文化建设的模糊综合评价模型,给出了评价模型应用的基本步骤和基本方法,并给出了具体的应用实例。
According to the important position and specialty of corporation culture in its development, the universal concepts of evaluating corporate culture were put forward. On this basis, the assessment index system of fuzzy comprehensive valuing model of humanism harmonious corporate culture development was built. The basic steps and methods were given to the valuing model applications with some samples.
