摘要
试图从人机工程学的角度探讨起重机辅助结构的设计原理及相关规范条文的合理性。基于以人为本的设计理念,并参阅国外规范和我国起重机设计规范中对起重机辅助结构(梯子、栏杆、平台)设计的相关规定,提出了适合于中国港口起重机辅助结构的人性化设计方法和依据。文中的设计原则和辅助结构设计尺寸的计算公式具有普遍适用性。
Start from the point of view of human-machinery engineering this paper probed into the rationalities of the designing principles of supplementary structures of crane and of the relevant criterion clauses. Based on the people oriented designing logos and by consulting the foreign norms and the relevant regulations on the design of crane' s auxiliary structures ( ladders, handrailings, plat-forms) in crane' s designing standard of our country, the humanized designing method and basis suitable for the supplementary structures of cranes of Chinese ports were put forward. The designing principle and the calculation formulae of the dimensions of auxiliary structural design in this paper bear universal applicability.
