水下金刚石绳锯耐磨损率的实验研究

摘要 为了实现海底石油管道切割作业,采用均匀设计方法对水下金刚石绳锯串珠绳的耐磨损率影响进行了试验研究。使用MINITAB软件,建立了主要工艺参数对耐磨损率的多元线性回归方程,进行了回归分析,求得了绳锯耐磨损率较为精确的经验公式。进一步探讨了水下金刚石绳锯耐磨损率的工艺规律,为满足绳锯机设计要求和优化工艺参数提供了理论依据。 For the sake of realizing the incision operation of seabed petroleum piping, an experimental study was carried out on the wear-resisting rate of bead string cord of under water diamond rope saw by adopting the method of uniformity design. By the use of MINITAB software, the multi-element linear regression equation for the influence of main technique parameters upon the wear-resisting rate was established, and the regression analysis was carried out. The comparatively accurate empirical formula for the wear-resisting rate of rope saw was gained. The technological law of wear-resisting rate of under water diamond rope saw was further discussed, thus provided theoretical basis for satisfying the designing requirements of rope saw machine and optimizing the technological parameters.
