摘要 以振动力学和有限元理论为基础,针对国内某款产生制动噪声的盘式制动器,应用UG进行建模,并导入大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了包括制动盘、内外制动块、制动钳和制动支架的制动器总成有限元模型,对该模型进行了有限元分析。通过分析寻找影响制动尖叫的各种因素,并对各种影响因素作了详细的探讨。 Taking the vibration mechanics and the finite element theory as a base, aiming at certain patterned domestic dick brake that produces braking noise, using UG to advance modeling and introducing large finite element software ANSYS, the finite ele- ment model of brake assembly that includes braking disk, inner and outer braking block, braking pliers, and braking bracket was established, and a finite element analysis was carried out on this model. By means of analysis to seek various factors that affecting the braking scream, and a detailed discussion was made on various affecting factors.
