摘要
基于摆动活齿传动的等效机构——曲柄摇杆机构,利用复数矢量法,导出了中心轮的齿廓方程。应用微分几何知识推出了中心轮理论廓线的曲率半径公式,并绘制了曲率半径的变化曲线。利用函数极值理论得到理论廓线的最小曲率半径,讨论了最小曲率半径的影响因素。为摆动活齿中心轮啮合副的连续接触传动、接触应力和啮合刚度等的研究提供了理论基础。
On the basis of the equivalent mechanism of swinging movable teethed-rocker mechanism, the tooth profile equation of central gear was derived by the use of complex numbered vector method. Formula of radius of curvature for the theoretical profile of central gear was derived by applying the differential geometry, and the variation curve of radius of curvature was plotted. Utilizing the extremum theory of function to obtain the minimum radius of curvature of theoretical profile, and factors that affecting the minimum radius of curvature were discussed, thus provided theoretical basis for the studies of the continuous contact transmission of swinging movable teethed central gear meshing pair, contact stress and meshing stiffness etc..
